These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mvmitic.com, including its website, user accounts, online reader, progressive web application (“PWA”), digital books, future audiobooks and other digital content, articles, newsletters, notifications, purchases, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated under the M.V. Mitic author brand (“M.V. Mitic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Books and other content available through the Service may contain mature themes, including violence, blood, war, conflict, horror, romance, and other material intended for adult audiences.
By creating an account, accessing restricted content, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
An account may be required to access the Library, reader, purchased content, and other restricted features.
Registration methods may include email registration and supported third-party authentication services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented, shared, or otherwise used to provide another person with unauthorized access to paid or restricted content.
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, investigate fraud or misuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law.
Certain content may be made available without purchase, including articles, blog posts, promotional material, images, book information, previews, or selected chapters.
We may change which content is available publicly or free of charge at any time.
Public availability does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights in that content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ebooks offered through the Service are supplied as account-based digital access through the M.V. Mitic online reader or PWA.
Purchasing access to a book does not ordinarily provide a downloadable PDF, EPUB, source file, or other transferable copy.
A purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable where legally permitted, and non-commercial right to access and enjoy the purchased content through the Service.
The purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work.
Access is normally associated with the account through which the purchase was completed.
We may offer audiobooks, cinematic audio editions, translations, collections, bundles, additional books, or other digital formats in the future.
Each format is a separate product unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
Purchasing an ebook does not automatically include an audiobook, and purchasing an audiobook does not automatically include an ebook.
Bundles may include multiple formats when clearly stated before purchase.
The applicable product description and price will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and supported debit or credit card payment methods.
By completing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
Access to purchased digital content will normally be activated after successful confirmation of payment.
We may investigate, reject, cancel, or remove access associated with transactions that reasonably appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated, technically erroneous, reversed, successfully charged back, or otherwise invalid.
Prices may change at any time for future purchases. A later price change does not alter a purchase that has already been completed.
Digital content purchased through the Service may become available immediately after successful payment.
By requesting immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins electronically and that your cancellation or withdrawal rights may end or be affected once access or delivery begins, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
Because our digital products may be made available immediately after purchase, sales of digital content are final and non-refundable once access begins, except where a refund, cancellation, price reduction, correction, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
We do not provide refunds merely because a customer:
changes their mind;
no longer wishes to read or listen to the content;
prefers another format;
fails to use purchased access; or
expected content or features that were not included in the product description.
This does not affect mandatory rights relating to unauthorized payments, billing errors, defective or unavailable digital content, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The Service may be used through a supported web browser.
Where available, users may also install the M.V. Mitic PWA for an enhanced mobile reading experience.
Installation of the PWA is optional unless expressly stated otherwise.
The availability and performance of PWA features may depend on your device, browser, operating system, internet connection, permissions, and available storage.
We may update or improve the reader and PWA over time.
Because our products are digitally delivered, we may update their presentation and technical implementation after release.
Updates may include changes to:
book covers;
artwork;
typography;
formatting;
navigation;
reader design;
metadata;
translations;
spelling or editorial corrections;
technical performance; and
compatibility.
Such changes do not transfer ownership of the content and do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
We may announce or reference future books, audiobooks, features, products, services, or release dates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such references are informational and do not create a contractual obligation to release a particular product or feature by a particular date.
We may modify, delay, replace, or discontinue planned products or features.
Purchasing an existing product does not automatically grant access to future products.
All original material made available through the Service is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This may include:
books and written works;
characters and fictional worlds;
artwork and illustrations;
book covers;
audio and recordings;
logos and crown designs;
M.V. Mitic branding;
Valentine Kingdom branding;
graphics;
photographs;
interfaces;
reader design;
software; and
other original creative material.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved.
You may use purchased content only for your personal, private, non-commercial enjoyment.
Without prior authorization, you may not:
reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of our content;
publish purchased or restricted material elsewhere;
provide another person with unauthorized access;
sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit our content;
record or redistribute audiobook content;
systematically scrape or extract content;
bypass payment or access restrictions;
remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
use protected content to create unauthorized commercial derivative products; or
interfere with technical measures used to protect the Service or its content.
Reasonable quotations or other uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
Certain areas of the Service may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, advertising technology providers, or other advertising partners.
Advertising helps support the operation, development, and availability of the Service.
Advertising providers may use technologies or information permitted under applicable law and our Privacy Policy for purposes such as ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency control, and, where permitted, personalization.
The appearance of an advertisement does not mean that M.V. Mitic endorses the advertiser, its products, services, statements, or websites.
Third-party advertisers and advertising providers operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Users may voluntarily subscribe to receive news, book announcements, release information, updates, and other communications from M.V. Mitic.
Newsletter subscription is optional.
Where required, appropriate consent will be obtained before marketing communications are sent.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in our emails or another method we make available.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending essential account, security, transaction, payment, or service-related messages.
Where supported, users may voluntarily enable browser or PWA push notifications.
Notifications may include information concerning new books, chapters, audiobook releases, news, articles, reader updates, announcements, and other relevant M.V. Mitic information.
Push notifications are optional and may be disabled using your browser, device, operating system, or available Service controls.
By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree that we may send communications reasonably necessary to provide and protect the Service.
These may include:
account notices;
security messages;
password-reset emails;
payment confirmations;
purchase information;
access information;
important service notices; and
legally required communications.
Optional marketing communications are handled separately.
The Service may rely on or interact with third-party providers for functions including:

Mandatory rights relating to valid purchases remain unaffected.
You may not use the Service to:
violate applicable law;
commit fraud;

circumvent payment or content restrictions;
introduce malware or harmful code;
attack, overload, or deliberately disrupt the Service;
exploit security vulnerabilities;
conduct unauthorized automated scraping;

Where required by applicable law and reasonably practicable, appropriate notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
Suspension or termination does not eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Books, fictional worlds, characters, articles, artwork, audio, and other creative material offered through the Service are provided primarily for literary, artistic, entertainment, and informational purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that every feature will operate continuously, without errors, or on every device, browser, network, or third-party platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M.V. Mitic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from misuse of the Service or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, products, technology, security, business operations, providers, or applicable law.
The current version will be published on mvmitic.com with an updated revision date.
Where legally required, material changes affecting existing users or paid digital services will be communicated appropriately.
Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to completed purchases.
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, except where mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive any user or consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved before a court having competent jurisdiction under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional conditions clearly presented for a particular product or transaction, form the agreement governing your use of the Service.
Product-specific terms shown before purchase may supplement these Terms.
These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience.
Where permitted by applicable law, the English-language version will govern if there is a material inconsistency between translations.
Any mandatory language requirements applicable to a user remain unaffected.
